Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was solid and delicious. I was met by helpful and attentive staff at the reception area. I booked modern and neat room with top notch air conditioning, clean towels, for instance. The food in the restaurant was fine.

Enjoyed Hersonissos, the hotel was fabulous and little even right in from of the sea downstairs. The rooms were luxurious with a garden view, the staff were exceptional.

Its location was beautiful, just off the seaside restaurant, and the waterfront. I ate in the a la carte restaurant nearby. Newly renovated and large room, besides I had an amazing view to sea and sunset. It was very handy to have coffee/tea making equipment and fridges.
The bed was dirty, that's sad thing.

The location was very central, so close to Koutouloufari which is equally as gorgeous with a selection of shops, tavernas, apartments, mini-golf and the most amazing views looking down at hersonissos and all the greenery Crete has to offer, the cliffs and other areas.
